Daniel Cottmeyer is a physical therapist at Georgia State . He’s an expert in joint pain and getting people back to the activities they love. His research specializes in rehabilitation of the knee joint by using both human and animal models to understand the sources of knee pains and how to treat them. In the clinic, he has seen how effective tailored rehabilitation can be, but also how frustrating Physical Therapy can be. He is passionate about creating a new approach for rehab which puts the power to treat joint pain and dysfunction into the hands of the patient.
